As an accountant, tax agent and business advisor, my focus has always been to provide high-quality service whilst building long lasting and trusted relationships with my clients. It's not just about the transaction at hand and your immediate needs, but how the transaction enhances your future, the future of your family and/or your business. When considering finance for an acquisition (home, investment or business assets), or when considering a refinance, we assess what your immediate requirements are and the finance features and attributes that fulfil those requirements, but also weighing those up against future benefits or prospects.
This could include such considerations as:
- preserving (or creating where feasible) deductible debt versus non-deductible/private debt;
- preserving debt integrity using offset accounts when property may change from main residence to rental accommodation;
- helping you maintain and enhance your position in terms of the key pillars of finance being debt serviceability, security and credentials;
- in terms of business finance, to assist you in managing available security by applying appropriate types of finance, and where possible, exclude private assets from business finance; and
- assistant support you in managing and maintaining your overall wealth creation and protection strategies.
